TERMS OF PURCHASE
The terms and conditions set out below apply to your programme purchase offered by Coach With Morayo Ltd.
Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which I provide services to you, as purchaser. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law which I am bound to and which cannot be waived.
By clicking “I have read and agree to the terms above,” entering your credit card information, or otherwise enrolling, electronically, verbally, or otherwise, you (“Client”) agree to be provided with services by Morayo Adebowale (“Coach”), and you are entering into a legally binding agreement with the Coach, subject to the following terms and conditions:
DESCRIPTION
The service to be provided is coaching, which is not advice, therapy, nor counselling and may address specific personal projects, business successes or general conditions in the client’s life or profession. Coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximise personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals. Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
The coach will provide coaching services for the client focusing on topics identified by the client.
Client acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of his or her life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. The client agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching principles into those areas and implementing choices is exclusively the client’s responsibility.
TERMINATION
If the client feels that he/she does not benefit from coaching sessions, the client is encouraged to discuss this with coach. The client can choose to discontinue further coaching by opting not to renew their coaching package once the current package is completed. In the event that it is desired to cancel further services, the client and coach agree to provide one another with 7 days’ notice.
MEDICAL HISTORY
The client hereby certifies that he/she does not suffer from any physical or mental disability that might affect his/her participation in the coaching process, and, if the client has any substance abuse problem or mental illness, the client has consulted with his/her physical and other health care professional and been advised that he/she may participate in the coaching process without risk. The client agrees that if there is any change in this representation, he/she will immediately advise the coach.
PROCEDURE
A coaching session will last approximately 90 minutes. The time of coaching meetings will be determined by the coach and client based upon a mutually agreed time. The client should be aware that coaching sessions cannot be extended if they arrive late.
The Client understands that throughout the working relationship the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. In order to enhance the coaching relationship, the Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and to create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.
PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to us. We will keep your personal data confidential and will never share it with unconnected third parties. Your payment information will be processed by a secure third-party processor. We will be provided with your email address and name but never be provided with your financial information.
Coaching is a professional relationship between the client and the coach and is bound to confidentiality by the ICF Code of Ethics. As such the coach agrees to keep the client's information private unless the client gives the coach specific permission to disclose it. However, there are limits to a coach’s confidentiality and in some cases, such as below, when a coach may decide to disclose your information.
The Coach engages in training and continuing education pursuing and/or maintaining ICF (International Coach Federation) Credentials. That process requires the names and contact information of all Clients for possible verification by ICF. By signing this agreement, the client agrees to have only their name, contact information, start and end dates and frequency of coaching meetings shared with ICF staff members for the sole and necessary purpose of verifying the coaching relationship, no personal notes will be shared.
If the coach concludes that the client or someone else may come to serious harm, the coach may advise the client to contact their GP, Social Services etc. and if necessary, the coach may do so themselves. By law, client information provided remains confidential unless there is a risk to the client’s personal safety or the safety of a child or vulnerable adult.
FEES
The cost of the programme is detailed on the sales page. Pay in full options are a one-off payment and all purchases are final. (Please see below for details about refunds).
You can also choose to pay using a payment plan. These programmes are NOT a membership. You cannot choose to cancel at any time. Should your payment plans fail due to an expired card or any other circumstances, we will assist you. Should this happen a second time, you will be asked to pay the balance in full or access will be revoked.
Please note: missed payments will be pursued.
REFUNDS
As you are purchasing digital content which includes data which is produced and supplied in digital form you are only entitled to a refund in limited circumstances. In purchasing the course you are waiving your rights to a refund unless the statutory circumstances for refunds are met.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The client agrees that it is the client's responsibility to notify the Coach of any changes/cancellations at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings. The coach reserves the right to bill the client for a missed appointment. The coach will in good faith attempt to re-schedule the appointment.
